Interpretive Coordinator. Reorganization of the Museum resulted in a promotion and increased responsibilities.  All duties listed as Crew Chief below, and the addition of  Volunteer and Living History Interpretive Volunteer Coordination, Supervision and training of staff, developement of training materials, hiring, firing, performance evaluations and scheduling.  Also responsibility for scheduling presentations and tours to coordinate with the Restoration Staff efforts and projects.  The positions of Crew Chief and Assistant were replaced with Petty officer positions, giving advancement opportunities to dodent staff over 21 years of age interested in continuing with the museum,

Crew Chief. Responsible for training  and training at-risk and adjudicated youth to become paid docent staff, as part of a work ethic building program for Baltimore city youth, in the history of the last all sail ship of the United States Navy.  Coordinated with the Education Director on various daytime and ver-night projects and programs.  Responsible for giving interactive presentations to the public. Goal is to develope good working skills and and a good work ethic., Expected to exhibit the behaviors and attitudes of a positive role model.
As Master-at-Arms, I wore the uniform of a Union Navy Sailor of the 1862, and gave presentations to the public about various aspects of life aboard ship during the American civil war.
